Our Ethos 

At Feast & Foliage Rutland we are passionate about sourcing the finest local ingredients. We aim to use suppliers within a 20 mile radius where possible. Whether that is local farms, estates or foragers, our dishes contain the very best, fresh ingredients and also directly feed back into the local community.

We do our own onsite butchery using Belvoir Estate Hereford and Shorthorn Cattle, Launde Abbey Lamb, Free Range Pork and wild game from across Rutland.

​

In season vegetables are sourced from Keythorpe Hall's beautiful walled garden when available and our honey and cheese comes from the Vale of Belvoir.
